- Office for Fair Access
- The Office for Fair Access (OFFA) is an independent, non departmental public body which aims to promote and safeguard fair access to higher education for under-represented groups in light of the introduction of variable tuition fees in 2006-07. All publicly funded providers of higher education in England who decide to charge tuition fees above the standard will be required level to submit an access agreement.

Disability Equality Scheme - Implementing and Mainstreaming Disability Equality
