Please note: NADP Ltd is a Professional Association, not a Charity or a Trade Union. It is a company limited by guarantee, which has Members but no Shareholders. The "limited by guarantee" is a promise that all Members each have a Limited Liability of just one pound Sterling (£1.00). This simply means that if anyone were to sue the company for any reason, no member can be forced to pay more than one pound; the Company Treasurer accordingly ensures that £1 per member is set aside in a separate account, from the membership fees, so as to "cover the liability".
